Helen Prozes (b. 1984) lives and works in Estonia and Norway. She has graduated from the Oslo School of Art Photography (Oslo Fotokunstskole). She works mostly with analogue photography and the concept of her work often lies in the abstraction of time, place or form. For her, creating images/visual landscapes is a constant process and a journey which questions our perception and presence. At the fair she presents her work Sculptures, a systematic documentation without the sentimentality, with objectivity, and absence of obvious narrative. The images are created by following deadpan photographic aesthetics and therefore allow a nonbiased relationship between the viewer and the subject matter.
